Offering a 45 minute 1:1 intense design strategy session via zoom, allowing us to take a deep dive into your outdoor space and help set you up on your design and construction journey.
In the 1:1 session we will discuss the following topics;
What you want
You are evidently engaging with me as you already have a good understanding of what you want to achieve within your outdoor space, you just need guidance to make that happen. Whether that’s a new entertainment space, a swimming pool and pool house, or a complete renovation of the backyard, I am here to assist you in making that happen.
Where you want it
You know your home and you know how you use it. However, I will help guide you through making the right decisions on the location of these features, ensuring we are taking the most practical approach.
How you will use the space
Let me understand how you will use the space, is it for entertaining, playing or to add aesthetic value? Understanding this will allow me to better meet your needs and add value to the space where needed.
Things you don’t want
As you are already aware of what you do want, I am sure you also know what you don’t want. As a designer, understanding these will help ensure I provide beneficial advice tailored to you.
Construction budget
Whether you are planning on engaging with a construction company to undertake your project or thinking of tackling it DIY style! With years of experience in both design and construction, I will help guide you to understand the cost of landscape construction and ensure I am setting you in the right direction to achieve a strategic design solution for your budget.
What I’ll need from you;
1/ Site plan / Survey report of site (if you do not have one of these, that’s ok! We can access a recent Google Earth image for a reference guide)
2/ Current photos of your outdoor space that we will be discussing (please include photos of the house exterior)
3/ Minimum 5 inspiration images
What you’ll get from me;
1/ 45 minute intense 1:1 design strategy session via zoom
2/Follow-up email which outlines and debriefs our entire session, so you can reflect on these notes when understating your project
3/ Tailored mood boards to reflect my design advice
