THE PROCESS
1/ proposal acceptance
Once you have signed off on the proposal and paid your 60% deposit, I’ll schedule your project and set an approximate presentation date. If you require an internal site plan, we will engage a trusted surveyor to prepare one, providing you with recommendations from our vetted network.
5/ furniture SELECTION
We meticulously curate and source large furnishing pieces to bring your design vision to life, offering a range of options that align with your brief and budget. From statement pieces to functional essentials, we ensure every selection complements your space perfectly.
2/ concept planning
Here, we’ll begin the process of translating your ideas into reality. This phase involves in-depth research and the development of design solutions that fit your brief and seamlessly integrate with the existing space.
6/ DESIGN PRESENTATION
With your design documentation complete, we’ll schedule a final presentation to showcase the finished product. You’ll receive curated supplier samples for your review and have all design documentation delivered in both printed and digital formats for your records.
3/ concept PRESENTATION
The moment we’ve all anticipated! Here, we’ll present your initial Conceptual Interior Design, including 3D renders, a fly-through animation video (based on your selected package), and a 2D layout plan. This session allows us to walk through our design choices, gather your feedback, and make necessary revisions before finalising the design.
7/ CONSTRUCTION PHASE
We will conduct regular site visits to ensure the design is being implemented as intended, address any emerging issues, and hold formal meetings with you or site contractors as necessary.
4/ design documentation
Once you have approved the concept design, we will create comprehensive design documentation. This includes detailed 2D plans for construction, such as plan views, elevations, joinery layouts, and a fixtures and finishes schedule.
8/ STYLING INSTALL
Ready to elevate your space? Our styling service provides the finishing touches that bring your design to life, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. This optional add-on guarantees your space looks stunning and cohesive.
